HOW WE WORK

Consultation & Requirements Analysis

We visit your warehouse to understand how it operates now. Our team checks material flow, SKU types, current throughput, and where bottlenecks happen. We measure your space, look at existing equipment, and map out integration points with your WMS or ERP. The goal is simple: identify what's slowing you down and set clear targets for space use, labor savings, and throughput gains.

System Design & Engineering

Based on what we found, we design the warehouse layout and pick the right robots. You get 3D layouts, equipment specs, throughput numbers, and a project timeline. We run simulations to make sure the design hits your capacity needs before building anything. Design changes happen until you approve it.

Manufacturing & Quality Control

Robots and equipment are built in our Tongxiang facility. Each unit gets tested for positioning accuracy, speed, and safety functions before shipping. Custom bins and racks are made to fit your materials. Manufacturing takes 60-90 days depending on system size.

Installation & System Integration

Our crew handles on-site assembly, rack installation, and connects everything to your existing conveyors. The WMS/RCS software links up with your ERP through tested protocols. We set up safety systems and make sure everything meets local codes. Standard systems take 3-6 weeks to install.

Commissioning & Training

We test the installed system to confirm it runs at spec: ±3mm positioning, correct speeds, and the throughput we agreed on. Your team watches robot cycles and WMS operations during acceptance testing. Operator training covers daily use, basic troubleshooting, and how to monitor the system. This phase runs 1-2 weeks.

Go-Live Support & Optimization

For the first 30-60 days, our engineers stay available to fix startup issues and tune the system. We adjust robot paths, tweak picking algorithms, and refine safety zones based on real operation data. Performance tracking checks cycle times, errors, and throughput against targets. Optimization continues until you hit the contracted numbers.
